In the 7th in a series of Masterclasses sponsored by the East of England Development Agency [EEDA], 8 companies from the region met to invest a day of their time in planning for future growth. Supported by specialist coaches, the management team’s for the companies emerged at the end of an intense day with an actionable plan and a commitment to implement it.

Said Karen Ainley, Chief Executive of Mosaic Publicity from Colchester; ‘Every business or organisation should take time out to evaluate the way they operate.  They have nothing to lose and everything to gain’. Karen’s team, supported by high growth coach John Porter, worked hard throughout the day to create their own high growth MAPP plan; all can be seen in the accompanying photograph.
